only gave it 1 star cause couldn't give it none!!!

The lack of customer service is appalling. We turned up on fathers day and the place was really busy but rather than being told we couldn't have a table because it was so busy we were told to wait and we would be given a table.

After 1hr and 20 mins and 21 pounds worth of drinks we had got fed up of waiting, we asked about a table and were finally shown to a table.

We went to order our food only to be told that there would be a 2hr wait for food, this is the point where we walked out in disgust!!!!

Simple customer service telling us that they couldn't accommodate us at the beginning would have saved a lot of misery especially for my 9 yr old daughter who was absolutely starving!!!
